We can date October of 2005 as the beginning of history of Kimono band. By that time all members of the band have already been playing in other bands, but Kimono became an exciting experience to them. Thought changes, they understood how important the idea & music was to all of them. The guys were searching themselves, paying no attention to different music styles. “The main thing for us is to do the music about the real situations happened to us” boys say. There are 5 guys and 1 girl in a band. They are all from Staint-Petersburg, Russia. Strich – vocals, Semen – guitar, Finn-Guitar, Desh – bass guitar, Jane - keys Aleksey – drums. The band has as influence of such bands: Emery, 30 Seconds To Mars, Blindside, Matchbook romance. There are 2 tracks (My Dying Hope, Time=Sand) made in spring and one more made it autumn where Maxim from Origami took part.
