The Rockstar brand was established in 2005 as an apparel company. Our vision from the start was to develop products and services aimed at young and active consumers, which would make them feel vibrant and special. This unique brand type’s vision has achieved unbelievable success within the last few years and has become hugely popular among the younger consumers.
The actual brand itself is owned by Mitja Krzisnik, who is the original founder; his insight, passion and extensive knowledge along with a few private investors, have all created this sensational brand that got a huge following in a very short time. Thanks to the new partners, the Company is now expanding its portfolio into several other industries, such as Cosmetics, Bars & Restaurants, Organization of concerts and music events, etc. With the Rockstar brand, the sky is the limit and no one knows what the younger generation wants more than the Rockstar team and with this insight they are able to keep on providing products and services that take off as soon as they are launched.
In 2010 we began offering several licenses to use the Rockstar brand name to certain businesses within the EU, Russia and China. On the success of this, we are now looking for more companies that want to increase their turnover and patronage. We are always looking for new ways to expand the Rockstar brand and always look forward to working with companies and individuals who share the same vision and ideals as ourselves. The Trademarks
We own the exclusive rights for word mark ROCKSTAR as well as the figurative mark ROCKST*R in classes 3, 18, 25, 41 and 43. This area of copyright protection covers all of the countries within the European Union, Russia, China, Croatia, and Serbia with some further additional countries which are being added on a concurrent basis.

Company headquarters are situated in Ljubljana, Slovenia where all of our product ideas and dreams are coming from.
